Great care must be taken when tightening up the front hubs that the correct torque scale is used. In the manual, the description to refit the hub says: - "Refit hub and tighten axle nut with a torque wrench to 90 lbs / in. Note! It is lbs / inch, NOT, lbs / foot. i.e. low. "While hub is rotated, back off the nut to the nearest slot / hole position and insert new cotter pin." This means just spin the nut on with a 'T' bar then back off. When the wheel is on you should have just a perceivable amount of movement. Getting this wrong will lead to bearing failure, and possibly fatal results.
