Brakes and Hubs:

Great care must be taken when tightening up the front hubs that the correct torque scale is used.

In the manual, the description to refit the hub says: - "Refit hub and tighten axle nut with a torque wrench to 90 lbs / in. Note! It is lbs / inch, NOT, lbs / foot.  i.e. low.

"While hub is rotated, back off the nut to the nearest slot / hole position and insert new cotter pin."

This means just spin the nut on with a 'T' bar then back off. When the wheel is on you should have just a perceivable amount of movement.

Getting this wrong will lead to bearing failure, and possibly fatal results.
